ALMA Annual Lift Maintenance Agreement
Protect your equipment. Protect your revenue. ALMA puts two maintenance visits, your annual ALI Certified inspection and all service labor into one yearly agreement, so your lifts stay in service and your maintenance costs stay predictable.

What a down lift really costs
One day of lift downtime can cost a busy bay $1,000 or more in lost revenue. That's before parts, before emergency service and before lost labor hours.
It shows up three ways:
- Delayed service for customers. Cars wait, appointments slip, and customers notice.
- Unplanned downtime. Technicians sit idle while the lift waits on a repair.
- Budget surprises. Emergency repairs never land in the month you planned for them.

Stop breakdowns before they stop your business
ALI Certified Inspection
Your annual inspection to the ANSI/ALI ALOIM standard by one of our ALI Certified Lift Inspectors, with a report and serialized sticker for every lift.
100% of Labor Included
All service labor for repairs and maintenance on your lift is included, so a repair visit doesn't come with a surprise labor bill. Parts are billed separately.
Twice-a-Year Maintenance Check
Two scheduled maintenance visits a year, plus your annual ALI inspection, means we're on site three times a year to catch wear before it turns into a breakdown.
Priority Scheduling
ALMA customers move to the front of the line when a lift needs attention.
Common Parts in Stock
We stock common parts for the lift models we cover, so most repairs don't wait on shipping.
Maintenance Request Code per Lift
Each lift gets its own QR code. Your techs scan it with a phone to report a problem the moment they see it, and we know exactly which lift it is. Every request is tracked, so you know what each bay is costing you.
Why a plan works
Small problems get caught while they're small. Most lift failures start as wear that's easy to spot on a scheduled visit: a fraying cable, a sticking lock, a slow hydraulic leak. Three visits a year means three chances to fix it while it's cheap.
It evens out your cash flow. One agreement instead of a surprise repair invoice landing in a slow month.
Your techs can speak up. When a tech can scan a lift and request a check the moment something looks wrong, small issues get fixed before they compound. It also shows your team their safety matters.
When something does break, you're first. Priority scheduling and parts on hand mean less time with a bay out of service.
You have a partner who wants it fixed fast. Because labor is included, we're just as motivated as you are to repair your equipment efficiently.
Your paperwork is handled. The annual ALI Certified inspection is built in, so you have the documentation manufacturers, insurers and OSHA look for.
Is ALMA right for you?
ALMA isn't the right fit for every shop, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
A good fit if
- Your lifts are in use every day
- You run several lifts, or several locations
- A down bay costs you real revenue
- Your lifts are a few years old or see heavy use
- You'd rather have a predictable maintenance cost
Maybe not if
- You have one lift that's only used occasionally
- Your lifts are brand new and still under manufacturer warranty
- Your lift model is one we can't stock parts for
- You have your own maintenance staff for lift upkeep
- You only need the annual inspection. Our ALI Certified Inspection on its own covers that.
Most lifts qualify. To start, each lift needs a recent inspection, and any repairs it needs are done first, so the agreement begins with your equipment in good shape.
Not sure? Call us. We'll look at how many lifts you have and how hard they work, and tell you honestly whether ALMA saves you money.
What ALMA doesn't cover
We'd rather you know up front. The agreement covers the maintenance and repair of the lift as originally installed. It does not include:
- Cost of parts
- Concrete or anchor failure
- Electrical connections to the lift, or accessories attached to it
- Relocating a lift
- Installing new lifts
- Rental equipment needed for a repair
ALMA isn't a guarantee against equipment failure. It's a plan to catch problems early and keep repair costs predictable. Some restrictions apply.
